Yoga Therapy individual sessions is curated for a person’s own goals. There is an intake form that is sent and filled before first session where medical counter indications are covered. The session is 60-90 minutes. Depending on goals- such as creating tools to mitigate anxiety, depression, flexibility-etc. a suggested frequency of sessions will be shared (once a week, bi weekly, monthly for up to x months) that could be booked as a package or at will/when needed or possible.
A $50 charge could be added for in home residential yoga therapy for those wishing to have an inhome experience. This $50 surcharge are for those living in the Coachella Valley/Greater Palm Springs. Individual is laying down or seated, has an eye covering and blanket covering the body.
Reiki is a form of Japanese energy healing with crystals.
Pranic Therapy is energy healing with Prana, vital life energy force.

These are 60 minute meditative experiences through sound.
This session could be booked for an individual, couple, small group, or large group settings.
There is a $60 surcharge for residential in home service for those wanting a private experience. The location covers the Coachella Valley/ Greater Palm Spring area.
The goal of sound baths is to draw the body to enter a parasympathetic nervous state to reset, reboot, recharge the body.
Instruments can be placed on top of the body and range from 432 hz to stimulate the different chakras and create entrainment and resonance.
